Becoming a good software engineer, both technically and career-wise, is a long journey. Along the way you'll
make various mistakes, learn things you wish you knew earlier and realize that a personal mentor would've made
that journey so much easier.
During my 15+ years as a software developer in various roles (junior-senior software engineer, consultant,
technical team lead, self-employed developer) for various companies (startups, enterprise companies, government)
I've learned some valuable lessons. I want to share these lessons with you, as a personal mentor, so that you
can get a head start with your career in software development.
Software Engineering Career
Starting out on your software development career? Looking for the next step, but not sure how to tackle it? In this series of articles I provide you my experience from junior software engineer to technical team lead, from having worked on government projects, big companies, startups and starting my own business.
